GUARANTEE
We provide a 5-year (60-month) guarantee for all watch movements.
- This warranty does not cover the following:
- Loss or theft of the watch.
- Damage resulting from accidents, such as impacts, drops, or other unforeseen events.
- Harm caused by improper use or intentional misuse, including overwinding.
- Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with the watch by anyone other than Farer or its approved service providers.
- Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, corrosion, and general wear and tear from regular use.
- Water damage due to user error, rather than mechanical failure.
- Issues caused by adjusting the date between 8pm and 2am.
- Routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Magnetization of the movement.
- The warranty does not extend to the case, glass, crown, straps, or any damage resulting from excessive or improper use, including conditions that exceed the watch's water resistance capabilities.
No, it doesn’t.
The warranty begins on the date of dispatch.
The guarantee is transferable to a new owner, provided they have proof of purchase, including the original documents and warranty card.
