RETURNS

HILTS offer free and easy returns (mailing costs paid) within 30 days of receiving the item, for US customers only. For International customers, you can still return the item to us for full refund, but you’ll have to pay to mail the item back to us. Unfortunately, returns made after 30 days cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.

You can also exchange your order within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received by you. This means they should be unworn, with all original packaging, protective films, and tags intact, and include the completed returns form. If the watch is returned in perfect condition but the strap shows signs of use or wear, only the watch will be eligible for a refund. Please note that all returned watches undergo a thorough inspection, including magnification, to check for any surface scratches, especially on highly polished cases.

Please also note that the goods remain your responsibility until they are received, so if sending from outside the US we advise you to use a tracked mailing service. Once we’ve received the item, we aim to process the refund or exchange within 7 days (FYI original shipping charges are non-refundable).

For warranty claims or part replacements, please reach out to us at info@wearehilts.com, as these requests are handled differently.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

US Customers

Please complete this form and hit the 'Send Message' button. We will generate a form for you that you must include in your package. We will also generate an address label that you should attach to the outside of your package. We will cover the mailing costs for you to return the item to us.

Take your parcel to your nearest mailing point. Make a note of any tracking numbers and allow 10 days for the parcel to reach our warehouse.

International Customers

Please complete this form and hit the 'Send Message' button. We will generate a form for you that you must include in your package. We will also generate an address label that you should attach to the outside of your package. Unfortunately we aren't able to cover the costs of mailing packages back to us, for International customers.

Track My Return

We aim to process all returns within 7 working days from the date of receipt. We recommend you take a note of your tracking number to track the return of your package.
