Your watch, like any precision instrument, requires routine maintenance and proper care. If your watch is due for a service, has suffered damage, or is experiencing issues, our skilled watch technicians are here to assist you.
All Chronographs and mechanical/automatic watches are covered with a one year warranty.
To arrange a service or repair, please fill out the form below. Once we receive your details, we will get back to you with information on how we can help, including any potential costs, estimated time frames, and instructions on securely sending your watch to us.
The process begins with returning the watch to HILTS. Upon arrival, our team will inspect it to identify the issue. If the problem is determined to be outside the scope of our warranty coverage, you will be informed of any associated repair costs.
Please note that your warranty may be impacted if your watch is not serviced at the recommended intervals outlined in the manual.
